The LUBSH Propeller Roof Ventilator is designed to remove smoke from buildings in the event of a fire. The LUBSH is UL listed for Smoke Control Systems – 500°F for 4 hours and 1000°F for 1 hour. Typical applications for upblast propeller roof ventilators include warehouses, shopping centers and manufacturing facilities. The motor out of the airstream feature provides for easy maintenance and inspection from the roof.
